Comes with enough mix to bake one bread loaf. Serves 6 -8
What you Need:
contents of beer bread package, contents of seasoning pouch, 1 cup (250ml) beer, 3 tbsp. (45ml) melted butter
What to do:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, gently mix dry ingredients, seasonings, beer and melted butter. Put batter into your 8” cast iron skillet. Lightly wet fingers to press and distribute batter evenly. Bake in center of oven for 45 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
* For extra flavour, add ½ cup (125ml) of freshly grated Parmesan to the mix.
Before using your cast iron skillet, make sure you wash it and season it correctly.
